I took magnesium for a while to help with muscle twitches, but I have

noticed it constipates me, does anyone know why this would happen, I thought

it was supposed to have the opposite effect.

Thanks,

Stacie

Stacie,

Maybe you're not taking the right kind of Magnesium .

.. . Have you tried the Garden of Life brand of

Calcium?

I'm not home right now, but I can dig up a web address

for you that will give you more information about

Magnesium that you thought existed.

It shouldn't constipate you if you're using the right

kind. Quite the opposite!

Don't let me forget!

Hugs,

Rogene

Are you drinking lots of water?

You might want to up your dose and drink tons of water with it. It

should, in large doses, loosen the stools.
