I had my first one fail last week.  An EnDeare.  Mom has been using  it for almost a year.  It is going really slow.  Suction is still in normal range.

She swaped it out for another one and first called to say that one wasn't working either, then she realized it was the outlet in her house it was plugged into. the first one really is going slow though.

I've been carrying them for about two years.  I have 6 EnDeares and have sold about 20 EnJoyes, so not a huge volume.

Anyone having as many problems as I am with Hygeia's both retail and rental pumps?  One after another they are being returned as non-working, battery failing, no suction, etc. Very discouraged with this line and contemplating dropping them.  Anyone else? Thanks Ann

Yes yes yes. Since this summer I have sent back 3 or 4 LBIs and just this week

an EXT. For perspective I have sold 5 or 6 LBIs and 2 EXTs. Something has gone

very wrong in their manufacturing process in my opinion.

I will say their customer service has been for the most part good. They have

sent me labels to send back the motors-- the one LBI it seemed like it was a

battery issue (would not hold a charge) and I got a bit of a run around for that

as apparently the battery is only warranted for 21 days and mine was about 6

weeks out, but eventually I got them to come around to my way of thinking. I

had 4 of their rental motors, and sent back 3 as I had built up a set of my own

CLassics and Lact-Es so I could quit leasing, but kept one as if I have a mom

who bought a Hygeia from me that is going funky I will give her an endear at no

charge until her replacement pump comes in, but I am getting a little resentful

that I have to pay 15 a month to take care of a manufacturing problem in order

to have MY customer service remain high.

SO you are not the only one!
