Guest guest
Caffeine consumption accelerates depletion as well. Something to think of if you drink caffeinated beverages. All it took was one cup of coffee a couple of times per week for me to notice a problem. I rarely drink coffee but drank a few café mochas over Christmas, that was enough for me to develop a problem. Kenda I found that supplementing with Magnesium stopped the burning foot sensation (Erythromelalgia) I'd experienced for several years. I think my Mg deficiency was largely due to taking Neurontin. However there are other medications that can accelerate depletion too. Rogene Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals.
