It's recommended that you take two parts Calcium to one part Magnesium . . . You can take Magnesium to the point of diahrea . . . Then back off. It needs to be in a form your body can absorb. Not all supplements are equal. Garden of Life has an excellent Calcium/magnesium product. . .
