Guest guest
Dr Leu had me add a Magnesium supplement, which also helps with constipation, and since then 3wks ago I haven't had any internal shaking or muscle twitching. Don't know if its a conicidenance(sp) or what. I also find out the results of my Organix acid test & my thyroid T3 test tomorrow!!! I'm so exicted to see what's going on in my body since having the implants. Guest guest
Magnesium plays a big role in muscle health . . . 20% of the body's Magnesium is bound up in the muscles. Because of the way foods are raised and processed now, nobody is getting sufficient Magesium from a normal diet. I found that supplementing with Magnesium stopped the burning foot sensation (Erythromelalgia) I'd experienced for several years. I think my Mg deficiency was largely due to taking Neurontin. However there are other medications that can accelerate depletion too. Rogene
Guest guest
Hi Jen, I had a twitch in my eye for several days that wouldn’t go away. Dr. Leu had me take magnesium for it too. He also said that caffeine consumption would make it worse and sure enough, it did. The magnesium got rid of the twitch within a couple of days. I wonder if it could be the same for body twitching? I’m anxious to hear about your test results. When do you talk to him?
