Isn't this shocking?

It was removed from the FDA site ... then the Inamed site ... but I

had captured it on the newsgroup.

This web archive site is incredible for finding facts that get

censored.

You'll need to get the whole line . . . it broke into

two lines in transmission. . . (now it's three lines)
