I also had a friend with Sjrogen's, she took Prednisone the entire few years that she breastfed and never complained of not enough milk. I don't know if she was on other med's. I have had a client with Sjogren's. She produced enough milk for her second baby, now 6 months old (I didn't work with her on the first).
