Where do you find that type of sauna if you are not buying one? Do

health clubs use them or day spas? I'm not sure where to look.

You should be able to find them at health clubs or day

spas . . . I look for massage therapists and

chiropractors to start using them eventually. Some

physical/occupational therapy places use them, but

you'd be better off buying one than spending those

bucks!

If you run out of crystals, let me know . . . I'm not

far from 's Crystal Mine! I love taking the

grandkids there to dig!

crystals and the kids and I clean them. I literally have buckets of

them!

What do you do with the crystals?

I would definitely keep the sauna up then! It is so nice when you

finally find something that you know is making a difference! I know

that the cholestyramine can have side effects. here is an article

on it--stomach pain is a side effect:

What side effects can this medication cause?

Although side effects from cholestyramine are not common, they can

occur. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do

not go away:

constipation

bloating

stomach pain

gas

upset stomach

vomiting

diarrhea

loss of appetite

heartburn

indigestion

If you experience the following symptom, call your doctor

immediately:

unusual bleeding (such as bleeding from the gums or rectum)

What storage conditions are needed for this medicine?

Keep this medication in the container it came in, tightly closed,

and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away

from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Throw away any

medication that is outdated or no longer needed. Talk to your

pharmacist about the proper disposal of your medication.

YOu might call Dr.Kolb and ask her if she has any suggestions how to

handle it. Keep us posted on your progress with this.
