hello all

i am 'doing a spot' infront of my fellow c & g 7407 teaching certificate

students on wednesday, the title i have been given/negotiated is 'what a

medical herbalist is and is not'. i would like to give some examples of the

places / situations medical herbalists find themselves practicing in.

therefore i wondered if any of you would mind sharing with me what you are

upto, on or off list?

any other tips on this little lecture title also gratefully received, before

wednesday...

thanks and

merry christmas!

Dear Lizzie,

I am very lucky in that when I qualified as a herbalist my husband and I

were already running a small natural therapy clinic in Mansfield,

Nottinghamshire. My husband was practising osteopathy and acupuncture and

we had several other part-time practitioners working here. But I also

started out on my own, renting rooms in Nottingham, Derby and Loughborough.

It was jolly hard work! Nowadays my husband is retired and I just see a

few patients in our clinic.

Best wishes,
