Please Provide an Explanation on Fluid Retention!

Greetings Ken: After reading your posted message to Vickie about fluid

retention and diuretics I am becoming confused. As I understand it diuretics

[and from the definition in my dictionary ] are supposed to promote urination.

So are you saying that the medications are causing fluid retention? With

medications I take [generic Voltarin] I experience or notice fluid retention in

my feet and ankles. Also while on the subject does anyone know of a simple mild

natural diuretic that a person could use? I have heard of lemon juice and

apple cider vinegar. I have also heard that lemon juice can be hard on the

kidneys. Could I get some information and advice on this subject please?
