Guest guest
, I was a little confused also which is why I wrote back to Ken. Have not heard fom him yet. :Hope he is doing alright. I am not sure for me if anything I was taking before the pain in hip set in was causind fluid retention or not, and I also have been changing and adding a lot of new things to my regimen that it would be difficult to say. One thing I know for sure is that my hormones are all messed up and everytime I try to take any of the sythetic estrogens/testosterones I really do get bloated, as well as with PMS which is severe, and I have tried just aboaut everything I can find. Found some natural testosterone cream that I tolerated well but it was $50 for a one montha supply. Just too much to bear along with everything else. My mother ended up in mental hospital when she started going through menopause as she got very nervous and depressed. I certainly don't want to end up in that kind of condition! IF you are looking for natural diuretic, check out some of the herbal/natural health books. Sometimes these things do work well for some people. Some things used for bladder/kidneys are: Juniper berries Parsley (dieuretic) uva ursi dandelion chamomile A mixture of the above is supposed to be good for cleaning and toning the urinary tract. Lemon juice is used to dissolve kidney stones. Apple Cider vinegar cleanses and nourishess the urinary tract (but I would be sure that you don't have a condition that would contraindicate it's use, such as yeast.) Asparagus is stimulant to kidneys and is supposed to help break up oxalic acid crystals. Watermelon helps stimulate kidney action. Vickie E.
