Dr Kolb did my explant, and I had a different lift, actually her 1st time ever with me, she has done it now about 3 or 4 times....through my original incision, under the breast crease. it was all done through that crease, the explant and the lift. For me, I had a bad feeling about the lollipop lift, (although it is a superb lift) I felt I would get infected nipples. I dont know why, but I was adamant against getting it. Dr Kolb said after she opened me up, it was probably a good worry on my part. I was very infected and had alot of gross capsule tissue running dowm my rib cages, the possibility of an infection was high in my case. I also had multiple infections including myco's. She was an excellent surgeon and a wonderful doc with lots of great detox and holistic tips. I couldnt be happier My pics are on the site. I know that Dr. Melmed doesn’t do the lollipop lift either. Everything is done internally for a lift.
