I don't know that there is a " one size fits all " recommendation for low

dose aspirin and HIV.

While Aspirin itself does have anti HIV effects, the doses required,

apparently, would have your stomach pureed in about an hour.

If you have elevated lipids, high cholesterol, etc, I think it might be

a good idea.
