Guest guest
It really is amazing. In my first 4 weeks of eating I lost 7.5 pounds and 20 inches. Only 3.3 pounds were body fat. I did my second monthly weigh and measure yesterday. I have lost another 7 pounds. And only 2.75 inches this time. But 6.2 of the pounds were body fat. So I am feeling a renewed dedication to continuing eating. That gives me a total weight loss in 8 weeks of 14.5 pounds, 22.75 inches, and 9.6 pounds of body fat. Yay me! lolol Jane

Guest guest
Actually it is just a high protein diet...similar to the ZONE (which also works for me) but with even more protein. I got the menu from Curves. The Dr. has told me for years to eat more and I know it works but I hate taking time out, and I rarely get hungry. Actually several doctors have told me. So now I am actually eating 1400 to 1600 calories a day and it is working. As mentioned, I have stuck to this for 8 weeks now. In the past 3 to 4 weeks would see me quitting. But heck, if Steve can walk 2700 miles, I can eat right?!?!? lolol The book at Curves is $10. It is worth it! Jane
