should i definitly remove capsules- under the muscle- doctor says thin?

When discussing my explant I told my doctor that I wanted the capsule

removed and although he was understanding of health concerns with the

implant itself, he thought this was not needed. He said there was

virtually no capsule- I've had them for 2 years and they would feel

hard if there was a significant capsule, and that it is just a scar.

I told my mom later I was going to call back and insist but she told

me she thinks that he will have to scrape it off my ribs because it's

under the muscle and it may leave more visible scars. I was wondering

if it would leave more scars or if it would be a painstaking process

to remove all the capsule, such as scraping it off my chest under my

muscle. Please help answer my questions if you have been through this

because the surgery is coming up in a month and I may need to find a

different doctor if I decide to demand removal of the capsule.
