Guest guest
Hiya Rhonda... I have tried that. I did that last year with "if I eat, I will die". It didn't work, cause I am still eating and I am still here, thank goodness. I am actually relying on those little pills at the moment, they are working, whether it be in my head or not I don't really care. I have lost the taste for chocolate this week, but it could be back tomorrow... so I will keep taking the little pill. I am also finding that if I have the lindt dark chocolate, I don't want to eat as much. Guest guest
Hi Mel Yes, I agree with you about the Lindt...dark chocolate is much more satisfying than milk. I'm going to get myself to the shops tomorrow and buy some of the Chromium Picolinate...I know that the best thing to do is to ignore the cravings and they will pass. Only way out of it,is to go through it. I just haven't been strong enough to go throught it as yet, but I will get there! Guest guest
Hi Mel, Dying to know what is the little pill that you are referring to, as I have a BIG chocolate weakness. Unfortunately Lindt's Australian headequarters is in my building and they give them out for free at their reception!!! Libbykins :-)
