Guest guest
I've had FMS for over 8 years now. You need to get some solid sleep first of all... take some benadryl if that will make you sleepy. Then you need to take some calcium and magnesium, eat very healthy for a week or so and try to detox. If you can handle it, try to get a light massage. You'll hurt durin the massage and for a day or so after but it really helps to release the toxins. be sure to drink a lot of water! For long term FMS I have been taking L-Tyrosine for years, 1000mg at bedtime every night. It helps tremendously! Best wishes! > Liz > > Fibromyalgia is hard to explain... it is like the flu all the time - sore all over - joint pain, muscle pain, tender points - you name it. Guest guest
Liz, I think your body is still recovering from the implants, I doubt you have FM, I felt like that during implants & after implants on & off for a little while, I thought maybe I had FM or some something else autoimmune when really its just my body healing. It gets better over time! Are you detoxing? or doing any supplements?
