What do you know about phosphoderm? It's manufactured by I.R.D. Corporation and is refined phospholipids engineered to form instant liposomes and to emulsify products at the same time. The author of the book I'm reading uses it in many of his recipes and sells it on his website. I get the impression the author really likes it. What do you think?
