Guest guest
Marie, I'm thrilled you shared! . . . Six years ago a very religious, spiritual woman who cared for my father-in-law during his last days with Hospice came to me and said she had been praying when God revealed to her that God was going to bless my children for work I had been doing. (all she knew was that I spent a lot of time on the computer) - That I had helped more people that I could ever know. She spelled out, in considerable detail, about how my children would meet the right mate and be very, very happy. I thought at the time, she was referring to my daughter only. She had been through a horrible ordeal with a psychopathic husband and has two children . . . She soon met a man who said and did exactly what was foretold. . . Then my oldest son met someone in a similar way. . . I never thought of my youngest son, since he was married, although tragically. But just recently, it happened again! . . . It appears now that all three of my children have now met their soul mates! The woman who met my youngest son tells me she knew the moment she laid eyes on him that he was her man. She was completely tongue tied and couldn't think of anything to say except, " You've got great hair! " . . . He told her that he knew who she was - That he had a picture of her at home. It turns out that her brother stayed with my son for a while and left a picture of himself and his sister behind. My son said he couldn't throw it out, because she was such a pretty lady. Later, when everyone (my oldest son, his wife and friends) were sitting around chatting, she brought up the maiden name of her mother . . . The same as my son's last names. . . Then she said her mother's full name, and everyone went silent and looked at each other. She asked what happened, what had she said, and they just looked at each other some more. . . Finally one of them told her that her mother and their sister had the same name!!! There's more . . . but that's enough for now! You can't imagine how this reinforces my belief that God is on our side. We are His instruments and by using us, His Will, will be done. Please continue to do whatever you can to stop this travesty! There are thousands of God's children who are being harmed by these deadly implants! We have to do everything we can to spread the word! I firmly believe, that even if you're healed from the breast implant experience, that God will bless you in ways you cannot imagine as you carry the information about the dangers of implants around the world! God Bless, Rogene
Guest guest
Hi Rogene, What a beautiful email and a wonderful story. Please tell us the rest .... Guest guest
Hello All, I figured I should post a message on, its been too long since I've been on. My arms still hurt, and I am exhausted, since we are moving, and I am left with the responsibility to call contractors, carpenters, and arrange all deliveries, inspections, etc. I need to grow two extra ears and three more arms. I am always in " multi-tasking " mode. No wonder my arms hurt so damn much. Anyway, in regards to CREATINE: I've been taking it, but not regularly, with orange juice, two big table spoons and mixed with it 1,000mg of Carnetine. No bad side effects. I've been on it a long time. I need to be more mindful to take it everyday, the Creatine, I mean. I've been on Carnetine since I was 7-8, still in Poland. My uncle took a second job so he could afford to buy it and ship it to me, and back in the early 1980s, it was very expensive. I think it helped to slow down the progression of the disease. Doctors tell me I am either a very high functioning Type 2, or a low functioning Type 3. In other words, they don't have a clue! :-) I have never tried Mestinon. Should I add it to the other two? I need to look it up, I never heard of it. About the COURAGEOUS topic: I get told how inspiriting I am, how emotionally strong I must be, how courageous, blah, blah, blah, etc. I actually met a family in the new neighborhood we are moving to, and they have a young daughter in a wheelchair and I think she has CP. She doesn't want to go out and is very angry about her life. Her mother said to me that I am a perfect role model for her daughter, so she can see that life doesn't end just because you have to use a wheelchair. The first thought that came to my mind was, " Lady, if you only knew how screwed up I am, you'd re-think this role-model figure you see in me. " *LOL* When people put me up on this high pedestal, I feel like saying to them, " Thank you for the compliment, but I already know how incredible I am, but its because God created me in his own image. " I assume God knows what he's doing, even though there are times I wish he could fill me on some parts of his plan for me. :-) On the other hand, I also feel that when people see a person suffering with a disease or in a wheelchair, they realize that life is harder for such people, since it affects their abilities to do many things, so I don't find it offensive. Maybe that is when they appreciate the little things in life they can do that we can't, and that makes me feel good. And maybe that's part of God's plan for me and for others. The worst thing I can think of is people who don't realize how precious life is and how important little things are, that they take for granted, day after day. If I could take a step or two, it would mean the world to me. I'd cry from happiness. And then I see people bitching that they have to stand in line, or something like that. I remember the last steps I ever took, the last time I was able to stand. I wish I could forget. I have the memory of what it felt like to walk, and when I think of it, my heart breaks and I become overwhelmed with sadness and tears start to fall. I appreciate every little muscle that helps me press the keys on the keyboard, even though its painful. Anyway, that's it. Oh, by the way, for Halloween, this year I dressed up as a " disabled " person, and I even got a wheelchair to sit in. *LOL* (Just KIDDING!!!) Happy Halloween !!! ~Meg. ( My Blog = <http://meg77.blogspot.com/> http://meg77.blogspot.com ) " Life is not what happens to you, But how you react to it... For what caused you react will surely pass, But how you continue to react, Can only be passed by you. " _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Angie Sent: Monday, October 31, 2005 1:16 PM Subject: Re: Re: Creatine experiences/Mestinon users Mestinon isnt " common " among SMA'ers since it is ideally prescribed for MG patients (Marvius Gravis - weak facial and upper body muscles). It helps our MN from depleting its acytacoline (pronounced as a-sit-a-cole-leen) levels which is the chemical it uses to contract our muscle fibers to make us move. Well it fights back the chemical / culprit that eats our acytacoline and that lessens the fatigued feelings. Its an all around fix and affects all our working MNs, so it has also improved other areas. I am alot like u then (except I dont drive - couldnt afford it). Ask ur neurologist about considering Mestinon as a backup incase the Creatine causes future harm; if any.
