Guest guest
Maree It can be found in the health food section in supermarkets here and also the health food shops. It is really good. I got it for my Mum after she was so run down from her cancer surgery, it is what is called a good old fashioned tonic, and it works a treat. It has 95mg of iron in it ad heaps of other vitamins. Guest guest
Thanks, I read a post you had written to someoe saying it was to prevent heart attack too. Considering I have had a HA and am on meds. do you think this would be safe for me to take. Is it only a vitamin, no other frightening ingrediants? Also, the B12, what is that for? Anything else I can take to make me young and beautiful??? My daughter actually gave me some nice facial moisturiser for Mother's Day (for mature women-eek) and a big jar of Multi vits. for Women. What a thoughtful gift eh? Hope all is well, how is the trainer going? Does he come to your home or do you see him at a gym? I am considering this when/if this new job comes to fruition and 'when' I get the pay rise. The 10 pin bowling was fun. Shame you were not here for it, next time. Guest guest
Hi there Cheryl How's the little extra bit of fill treating you? Pleased you were able to have a lengthy discussion with your surgeon. I am doing housework - washing, folding, washing, folding - the ironing I avoid at all costs. There's four piles on the laundry bench - it's a 'do it yourself' job in this household these days - needless to say the teenagers' piles seem to only grow - my daughter's is about to topple! Will get out for my walk shortly. I got a new, slightly heavier set of weights (for walking) for Mother's Day. I haven't got back to my personal trainer since my surgery. He's a nice enough young guy but oh the ego and I often catch him out preening himself in the many mirrors! I on the other hand work with my back to the mirrors if possible! Enjoy your new hunk!
