butterbur in tincture form

Does anyone know where I can get butterbur tincture? Apparently bioforce used

to do a petasan' tincture which was butterbur with viscum but have now

discontinued it. A patient of mine has had great success with that mix for her

fibroids and would like some more!

Hi Schia,

Is it not high in pyrrolizidines? My impression was that the Bioforce

tinctures had been through some weird procedure to remove the alkaloids,

so a normal tincture would not do. I'm quite prepared to stand corrected

if others know more though.

I'm still being pestered by this company selling butterbur in tablet form

(pyrollizidine free). Shall I forward their literature to you? Let me have

your address if you want it.
