Guest guest Posted May 16, 2006 Report Share Posted May 16, 2006 I was just reading your post about the Optifast and I just have to say, no bull, and not sucking up, but you would have to be the most determined, strong willed, single minded person I have ever, EVER, met to last all this time on Optifast. I know you are getting great results and that must encourage you but personally I have never stayed motivated more than one month on any diet, excercise, anything. I think you have been on this stuff almost as long as I endured marriage (haha). Anyway, you are a great credit to yourself and I truly hope you are proud. You cetainly deserve this surgery and now.
