I need an CST in upstate NJ and an ENT to clip tt baby

1 week old baby. Mother says she can NOT nurse because it is to painful. Baby is posterior tongue tie and a little asymmetric in the chin. Mother has a medicare NJ insurance and needs a doctor that would take her insurance. Now she is in Monsey,NY that is 5 minutes from Montvale,NJ. I need a doctor to clip the tongue and an CST to treat baby all in Bergen county. Any suggestions?Thanks,Mercedes BentolilaiNurse Lactation Services of Monsey.
