have you looked into the remedies I recommended while the other stuff

and diet kicks in? they could provide some relief and are easy to

implement

you may also benefit from some extra magnesium as a supplement....check

over my recommendations and see what you can do, Greg. you will get

better! hang in there

you can play with the dose - everyone is different - on a whole food

diet I usually go for about 300mg in divided doses of a chelate of

magnesium chloride - the chloride is very absorbable and works fast so

you may like to try that first.

so many factors deplete magnesium including stress and what you have

been going thu sounds stressful

make sure ot eat lots of leafy green veggies like kale and collards!
