Guest guest
Well Look a there! Thats good news. Thanks for sharing. :-) A person does feel sooo much better after they are de-juiced. I walk in the hosp. a waddling water balloon and walk out with a little spring in my step. Subject: RE: Small Miracles To: livercirrhosissupport Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2008, 4:41 PM Hi all. I posted just a couple of days back about my concerns about Terry's ever increasing belly. After getting so much help and information from some of you, I became even more concerned. Then, today, Terry woke up and called me to the room. He was so much smaller in the tummy! He was feeling so much better and more able to breath. He ate a fairly good breakfast and didn't have the usual pain afterwards. It is amazing to see! I have no explanation for the change other than I had prayed so dilligently about it cause I knew I wouldn't be able to convince him to go into the doctor's office. Whatever the reason for the improvement, I am just so thankful and so convinced that it is an answer to my prayers. I love when the Lord reminds you that He is still on His throne and still in control! God bless and be with each of you. You have been such a great blessing to us! Love and hugs............ Guest guest
Hi Diane, That is fantastic news! I got so excited when I read it, I let out a " Wow " !. I never really thought much of the power of prayer until I had to have a transplant and a match was found for me so quickly. I definitely believe now that prayer has tremendous power. Speaking of which, my friend who started and leads a church group, is preaching at her church this Sunday to kick off her group. The minister lets her do his job at the start of each season of her group. She keeps asking me to make sure my husband and I will be there. She had the whole church praying for me when I was in the hospital, and of course, you all did too. Thanks. Penny > > Hi all. Guest guest
Thanksk Penny. I have seen prayer work so many times when nothing else did. I'm not saying Terry is healed, which he very well could be at some point, but that, for today, he was much better and that's such a precious gift! Yep, prayer surely works!!! Love and hugs....... Guest guest
Thanks MaC. It was such a good day her today. Terry felt better than he has in so long and was breathing easier than he has in weeks. He could get up and down out of his recliner without actually turning blue in the face from the effort required. Whatever tomorrow holds, today was a mircle indeed! Love and hugs.......... Guest guest
Daine, How's it going today? I've read your other emails and I'm glad things are looking up a bit. How's the ascites doing so far? Has it come back at all? MaC Diane Chandler wrote: Thanks MaC. It was such a good day her today. Guest guest
I don't know how everyone else reacts, but for Terry that first " visit " after a dose of lactulose is an emergent situation! When he says " I gotta go " , I know to get out of the way cause it's gonna be a mad dash to the bathroom for him! Well, as much of a mad dash as one can make when they're weighed down with acites, extra pounds and a bad leg they have to drag behind them when they walk without their brace! The recliner is quite another thing! He struggles and goans and pants and turns all shades red, blue purple before he finally makes it up. If it weren't so sad, it would be outrageously funny! Hugs.......... Diane C. from TN Hi all. I posted just a couple of > days back about my concerns about > > Terry's ever increasing belly.
