I've been mostly avoiding anti inflammatories because of their immunosupressive

action but its becoming more clear that I have a nasty autoimmune thing going on

in my brain that is really debilitating me. So, to buy me some time and some

functionality till i can get this sorted out I wanted to try some remedies that

might help this. I have ordered curcumin, any other suggestions for me? I use

the systemic enzymes often and they help, but can't take them with food so their

effect wears off, and their expensive. Any thoughts?

thx, Thane

nothing cheap

when i had the brain inflammation my doc told me it was

neurotoxins and she said borrelogin or neuro-flam would help

with it - only problem is the first one is 47 and the second

one is 55. i'm just guessing here but if you need something

to bind the neurotoxins to, could you try clay? i think

you have some of that right?
