Guest guest
I have a HealthMate . . . It's very nice, but I don't know it's any different than other walk-in types when it comes to benefits. It does have a life-time warranty on the light units that some others don't have. Energy wise, it really doesn't make a difference on our electric bill. They estimated it would cost $4 a month for one hour a day. Even if it's indoors, it doesn't generate enough heat to seriously affect your A/C bill. In buying a new one, I would consider buying the best quality I could that was the closest to my home. Shipping costs could be considerable. You have to assemble them. It's a two-person job, but easy enough if you follow instructions. I bought mine at a Home Show . . . the folks brought the floor model out after the show, so I didn't have to pay shipping. I don't know where Patty got hers, but hers cost quite a bit less. She probably shopped around, where we bought it at my insistence, on the spot!
