I have a couple addresses that I thought the list might find interesting as one deals with " good docs " that deal w/ chronic pain and the other is a good site for anyone living w/ fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, etc. I have been researching this stuff for quite some time now and can send you more addys if you like. I am a member of Sapient Health Network, and they have meetings, bulletin boards, chat rooms, etc. Sometimes a bunch of us get together and just see how darn silly we can get. It helps a lot to laugh...also recommend " news fasts " as the darn news today elicits so much negative emotion, which is not good medicine for anyone with chronic pain. Wish someone would get smart and start a news paper w/ nothing but GOOD news and funny articles. I am almost crazy enough, but still working on it. Like the old song by Waylon Jennings says, " I've always been crazy, but it's kept me from going insane " ...I think. Hee Hee...Hugs and love to all...soft, warm, fuzzy kind!! To those who are down in the dumps, been there...done that and got a whole closet full of damn T-shirts...decided to " fake it til I make it " and be grateful for all I still CAN do and it is better now. Just be sure that at least you are not alone...sending loving energy to all my pain pals...enjoy the web sites!
