I too was swamped. Everyone seemed to be extra busy at posting yesterday.

But I took care ofit. If I had to leave any for the next day (which has

happened at times) then so be it. I would rather have the occasional busy

day than frequent days with almost nothing.

Dear Ken, I don't know enough about the system to figure out what would

be best. So far the list is ok for me. I guess there are alot of people

really suffering out there and I want to thank you sooo much for

creating this form of therapy and support. I have been in excruciating

pain, and not wanting to fight it anymore. I have FMS, MPS, CFS and its

seems like I have arthitis and everything else. I held onto the hope

that people have given me, though this list and your humor. Just wanted

to say thank you and list you know so far I haven't had trouble with the

list. thanks,
