Uterine fibroid

Yesterday I saw a 31 year old woman with an interstitial fibroid measuring 46.5

mm by 34mm. The fibroid is obstructing one of the uterine tubes which are also

apparently inflammed. The doctors here (Lima, Peru) have recommended that she

undergo surgery but they have told her that there is a risk that she won't be

able to have children as a consequence. She also has ovarian cysts. Her cycle is

regular every 28 days and hasn't had excessive bleading to date. I prescibed the

following;

Thuja occidentalis 1:1 10ml

Achillea millefolium 1:1 12ml

Lamium album 1:1 8ml

Glycyrrihiza glabra 1:1 12ml (She also presented with gastritis) 30

gtt tds

She had already been applying clay compresses which I told her to continue daily

for 20 mins..I remember an identical case that treated in Balham

using green clay which as far as I know is unavailable here. Unfortunately I

can't find his Rx. I'd be very grateful for any comments/ suggestions on this

one.
