Guest guest
Wow, when I read about it being worse at night, that is so me. The last neurologist asked me when it was worse, and I told him at night. He said, well maybe you are just stressed during that time. I never went back to him. I am really not stressed, I could be, but have worked hard to be as happy as possible. It only really concerns me when it is in my neck, the throat area. It's a tingling going to sleep feeling, and my initial reaction is to panic. But after two years, I guess it's not going to get worse,(hopefully). I emailed Dr Kolb and she wants me to come in next week to run some tests. And yes, I frequently wake up with body parts that have fallen asleep, arm, hand, leg, etc. Maybe it is a nerve, circulation thing? Maybe that's why the sauna feels to be helping so much? I told my husband I need one in the house now and he is listening. Going to the gym a few days a week to use theirs is not enough.
