Guest guest Posted April 22, 2011 Report Share Posted April 22, 2011 I find out the working from inositol: When i take 3 x 6 g at day i feel like ssri a little bit, maybe the reason is that inositol rise up the transmitters constantly. The " healing effect " is cause by 18 g and transmitters rise up and falling hard. So things get worse (anxious for example) but after calibration over time it get fine. This impulse make the brain repair itself. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Background about me: I'm a 27 year old male. I was put > > > > >onPaxil for social anxiety disorder. Guest guest Posted April 22, 2011 Report Share Posted April 22, 2011 Thanks. So what is your situation now? You think you are recovering? How long did the negative SSRI-like effects last? Guest guest Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 I toke the first 5 days inostiol 3x 6g over day. now i change to 18 at sleep. the mechanism of inositol is rise up transmitters like ssri a little bit. when 18 g taken the transmitters rise up and fall down -> impulse for brain to calibration the amount of sertonin i think. i have not anxious yet but a member of our chatgroup get it when he take 18 g but not when 3 x 6 g. my body is recovering i feel better, goose pumps disapere, temperatur sensivity disapere, overstimulation goes down, motivation do things rise up. i take it now for 8 days. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Background about me: I'm a 27 year old male. Guest guest Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 do you drink coffee? I am wondering about the influence of caffeine with inositol > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Background about me: I'm a 27 year old male. Guest guest Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 iam very sensitive to simulations drugs. coffein make me feel bad and tired. its a bad idea to take inositol 18g with coffein i think, because coffein rise up transmitters too. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Background about me: I'm a 27 year old male. Guest guest Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 I get more anxiety when taking 7 g of inositol with caffeine, i think it's best to just take inositol by itself. Guest guest Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 Not sure where to put this cuz this thread is so long but anyways the other night I was able to orgasm better. Not 100% but better than before. And I felt like a giant shock of heat went through to my feet. It was kinda weird all the sudden it felt like my feet were touching fire or something for a sec lol. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Background about me: I'm a 27 year old male.
