Hi Jen,

Lea also has a doctor that prescribes anti-biotics before her dental work. Somehow our immune system can't handle the bacteria from our own mouths. Crazy! You probably don't have an infection, but do have a set back until your body can heal from the bacteria of the cleaning. I am so over due for mine, but I am too scared to go. All of a sudden my PS doesn't think I need anti-biotics now that the implants are out of my system. That shows how much they don't know!!

Ask your dentist to prescribe antibiotics . .. He/she

shouldn't have a problem with your request.

Be sure to take probiotics anytime you take

antibiotics though.
