Guest guest
Congradulations! . . . You have a good life to look forward to now! In the meantime, do everything you can to get your body in excellent condition. It's virtually 100% that you have a systemic fungal infection. Read up on Candida infections and see what's involved. Two products we've found beneficial are Fungal Defense (one bottle) and Primal Defense for an extended period. You'll need to keep taking Primal Defense for several months after getting your implants out, so you may want to consider buying a six month supply. www.appleadayandbeyond.com has the best price I know of. It's important to follow a diet that discourages the growth of these type of organisms too. . . NO sugar, eat whole grains rather than refined grains, lots of veggies and moderate amount of fruits. No processed foods, no junk. You will probably feel a herx effect as the fungal organisms start dying off . . . This creates a toxic by-product that, if you drink plenty of water you will flush quickly. You will want to manage your program so you can feel the herx, but it doesn't become so bad you quit trying to detox. It takes discipline, time and patience. The effort is well worth it . . . Ask the ladies here! Eating fresh garlic is one of the fastest, cheapest ways to get better we know of! If you can get to a infrared sauna, it will help too. Exercise, but don't overdo it. . . Moderate is best, in any event, just keep moving. Let us know if you have any qestions. . . Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
Thanks for the info. I will look into getting those products soon. Luckily, since I have been sick for so long, I am used to a restricted diet and a regular detoxing. I don't think it will be too terribly bad. I am also used to having flares, herx's should be similar I imagine. I realized today how much denial I must have been in. I had heard of women experiencing faulty valves, but I always assumed that since my breasts have never deflated, and they have always been soft, that i couldn't be having those issues. What a wake up call!! I will keep in mind all the advice! My husband loves fresh garlic! Unfortunately for me it makes my stomach very upset. > Congradulations! . . . Guest guest
You should find that, after more detoxing, it won't bother your stomach . . . Think of it as sending in a entire army (garlic) into your stomach to shoot down the enemy (the nasty organisms). Doing a liver flush can help reduce the toxic load so you can tolerate garlic better too. Hugs, rogene --- ktitko <ktitko@...> wrote: > > Thanks for the info. Guest guest
Hi, I can totally identify with how you are feeling. When I found this group and found all of the stories of women who had the same symptoms as me, I was shocked too. But, I am grateful to have been given that opportunity to find out the truth as, I am now on the road back to health.
