Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I'm glad you are on our list & now I know a little bit about you. I have had more medications than I can count, and take more than I can count right now. Between the distress of your medical problems, which do interfere with things like memory, & the pharmacy of drugs you take, it is not surprising that you have memory problems. There are some nutritional approaches to this. I recommend that you get a supply of the herb Gotu Kola (not in any way related to cola) and take one at bedtime daily. you may find that within about a week, your memory improves, and possibly that some of the depressing effects of medications you take are offset. I originally started taking Gotu Kola to see if it would counteract some of the depression flexeril, which I must use, causes me. It did that & also had noticeable memory effects. It is harmless and relatively inexpensive, and it seems that one dose is sufficient daily.
