All the problems you have are associated with

implants!

Unfortunately rheumatologists are usually the worst

doctor to treat us! . . . Apparently they are trained

to think implants are the safest thing in medicine!

Naturopaths are often the best, but you need to find a

good one. . . Kenda recommended her doctor in

Oklahoma. He does telephone consulations and will send

you a test kit.

Considering how sick you have been, and how doctors

aren't acknowledging our problems, you'd have to be

crazy NOT to be depressed!

We have a section at the bottom of the page where you

can access the Healing Therapies many of us have found

beneficial.

Most of these things you can do on your own. It's very

important to get on a very good diet. NO sugar, or

refined grains. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables,

organic if possible. Drink a lot of pure water. Eat

naturally fermented foods. Avoid processed foods.

Eating as many as 12 cloves of fresh, crushed garlic

can do wonders! . . . but start with one and work up.

You can cleanse most the taste with a fresh apple. If

eating it on salads, or by itself is too much, you can

scrape it directly off the garlic press with half of

an empty gel capsule.

It's late tonight, and I need to turn in . . . there

is so much more to tell you.

For now, please know that you can get better. Getting

your implants out is an important step. But you can

start feeling better before then too. It will take

time and discipline. We have many women here who will

testify how sick they were, and how much better they

are now.

When you get your implants out, it's important to get

them removed properly! .. . En bloc . . . and that the

doctor uses drains. . . We have a list of recommended

doctors.

But for now, I need to go.

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

Hi ,

I can answer a few of your questions, from my own personal

experience.

I also had the severe leg pain. Mine happened right after

implantation. I remember asking my husband to rub my legs every

night because they hurt so bad. It went away, but it was only about

6 -8 months later that my health took a serious nose-dive. I

believe that my body started reacting to the implants almost

immediately, and it took about 8 months for everything going on with

my immune system to finally manifest in debilitating fatigue. It was

horrid.

So, yes, there are women that sleep all day long. I didn't,

couldn't because I had 4 kids to take care of, but I know the

feeling.

As for the question about tests, NO, there are no tests that you can

demand of your doctor that would point to the implants definitively

as the culprit in your illness. If that were true, there would be

no implant controversy! You can ask for autoimmune tests, such as

ANA titre, rheumatoid factor, scleroderma, sjogren's, C3 complement,

and sedimentation rate. There are probably more (anti TPO antibodies

for Hashimoto's, anti-gluten antibodies for celiac), but your doctor

can explore those based on your symptoms.

To answer THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION, I can answer a resounding YES

to that one. I have kids, and when I was very, very sick from my

implants, I too missed alot of their lives because I was unable to

do things with them and be a normal mother. I was terribly

depressed, (suicidal probably at least a couple times), and one day

that dark cloud finally lifted!

So, yes, there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I believe that my depression was entirely a function of the messed

up brain chemicals or immune system dyfunction, or whatever it was

that got altered because of my illness. I decided early on that I

was not going to trust the doctors who got me into this mess in the

first place, and I was NOT going to take any more drugs. I chose to

go as natural as possible in my healing efforts. I only mention

this because I think by letting my body heal on its own, it was able

to let it clear out....my depression literally LIFTED ONE DAY and

never returned! I did alot of detoxing, and I can honestly say that

I have had a life full of joy and peace, and NO DEPRESSION for about

4-5 years now. The symptoms all slowly just went away. That was my

body getting back to normal and healing as I helped it give up the

toxins and clean out and rebuild health. It has been a long road,

but entirely worth it.

I hope that will encourage you, and give you some hope for your own

healing. My family is back to normal, we live a wonderful life

filled to the brim with activity. Honestly, there were times when I

thought I would have been better off dead, as I was so sick, and I

couldn't see the end anywhere in sight. But, don't give up. Get

those nasty implants out and learn about taking care of your body

and things will start looking up for you.

We do have alot of Florida docs on our list. Please take a look and

I am sure that you should be able to find someone close enough that

will work for you. Check in the files section, under explant.

God bless,

Patty

Gemi,

Welcome to our group. . . You'll find the ladies here

very well informed and anxious to help you get well.

I'm sorry you need to be here, but happy you found us!

Don't let the doctors BS you . . . Very few will admit

implants make us sick. And the tests don't matter

either! . . . If you'll read through the old messages

here, you'll find that woman after woman has come here

with the same problems.

After they get their implants out they start feeling

better especially if they make a commitment to

detoxing.

A good amount of your depression is due to the lack of

help you're getting from your doctors! THEY have a

mental problem (refusal to accept reality)! . . . You

have a right to be depressed. This all started AFTER

you got your implants. Right? . . . You know why

you're sick.

There are a number of reasons you could be sick,

beside silicone poisoning. You body simply may not

agree with silicone. The implants may have been

contaminated to begin with. Regardless, they are not

worth giving up your health for.

We have a list of recommended doctors who will remove

your implants properly. That means en bloc - removing

the capsule that has grown around your implant with

the implant still inside. With saline, they may drain

it with a needle first. A good doc will also put in

drains to remove any fluids that may accumulate. Doing

the surgery this way is the safest way to go and may

avoid another surgery.

Click on the first link below, check the archives, and

come back with any questions you have.

You're going to be OK lady!

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

Do you actually have a UTI or just the symptoms? If it is the symptoms, have you been checked for Interstitial Cystitis? It is a bladder disease that mimics UTI’s. If it is a true UTI, I would guess your body’s ph is conducive to growing urinary bacteria. I take a supplement from time to time called D-mannos that I get from Dr. Leu that changes urinary ph and inhibits bacterial growth.

Thank you so so much! I am printing your letter since there are so many to show my Doctor! You are right I don't know what's wrong with these Dr.s all they want to do is hand you a prescription these days and take the WRONG blood work. Oh I have to post another important message that I forgot! Every single time I go to ANY Doctor when they take my urine I always have a Urinary Tract Infection. One Dr. sent me to a urologist because I also had blood and it was so embarrassing the urologist had to insert this tube inside me to see where the blood was coming from which i was NOT ready for that LOL anyway the blood was not coming from my urine thank God because I know about that my husband had kidney failure and had a transplant. Anyway back to the UTI's I'm wondering if any other women have the same problem, I never have symptoms It's so weird! EVERY SINGLE time I go to any Doctor or ER I always have a UTI know anything about that? Have you heard about any other women getting this like me? Wow Kacey's story in the newspaper about 2 weeks ago Thank God my husband saw it and it directed me here NOW I AM REALLY THINKING about before and after my implants...... Thanks so much Rogene... let me know about the UTI's if you've heard of any women complaining about that too. Hugs

Hi , yes, I've had those symptoms. I went through the mild

depression that led to major depressive disorder and different types

of antidepressants. I slept extra hours in bed, unable to have the

will to do anything. I knew I wanted to live, but I just didn't

have the energy physically to do much. It was as if I had exercised

all day long in the hot sun, and then woke up in the morning with

extreme physical fatigue, which was depressing, and then then joint

pains when I would first start to move to get out of bed.

You can go to as many doctors as I did, and you can get all the

answers that they may have, but it all comes down to this: What

does your own body tell you it is?

Not us, not the doctors, but you. You are the expert on your own

body.

My opinion? Welcome to the saline support group....

Yes, I had my explant surgery 2 weeks ago, and already my joint

pains are lifting, I've only had one nap in 2 weeks, and that was

because my husband snored so loud the night before! My breasts are

healing slowly, and so I can't run and jump yet with all the joy

within me, but hey! The depression is lifting; my psychiatrist

discontinued one med, and decreased the other by 50%. He says I am

making progress quickly, and perhaps the implants were a physically

depressing illness for me. I'm also not aching all over and

thinking that I am unable to live normally.

Yes, I lost years of my life before I found this site and these

women who literally saved my life.

Listen to your own spirit, and realize that your symptoms are

symptoms that many of us who have had explant surgery had.

So glad you are here!!! Jackie

,

I've had some UTI's since having implants. In a couple

cases, I blame the hot tub, and in others, I believe

(although the doctor denied) it was caused by a

vaginal hormonal cream.
