Guest guest
Um, there is an active moderator here: me. Alas, set me up with severely limited moderator status, more frustrating to me, probably, than to the group. People's suggestions about how the group should be run are interesting, but don't really pertain here. Believe me, if I could pass off moderation to one of our experts I'd gladly do so; I'm working 12-15 hour days right now. I have considered leaving the group but don't like to leave it without any moderation. If I left new members could not join. But did not set me up to set up additional moderators, unfortunately. Bouncing occurs when a member's ISP refuses Yahoo's e-mails for a time. The member can reset himself or herself if they wish. Some people have left the group for various reasons as we've discussed before. The number of bouncing members here is not unusual given the nature of this group. And some people read the messages from the website, so don't want to get e-mail anyway. In regard to digests: That's how I receive e-mails from the group. You get up to 25 e-mails at a time. If there are 25 e-mails you get a digest at that point. Otherwise you get one digest per day. The digest contains the full text of the messages.
