Guest guest
I have not been posting here in the past week. I was starting to obsess about my Hair Loss problem and couldn't relate to any of you on any other issues. I have read through some of them and have just not responded...sorry. I guess I am living in self pity right now. The GOOD NEWS is that I was shopping at BCBG last night. The two young ladies that were helping me asked how I was going to do my hair...well, that was my opportunity...So I took it! I explained that I had implants and that it made my hair fall out, etc. The one young lady was shocked and when the other one came out from the back, she was told the story of my hair and she didn't even flinch! She said she had heard that about implants and that they make you really sick! She said she watches MTV and "The Show" and said during the middle of the show they have women who have had unsuccessful implants and have made them really sick! She said they don't have much air time, but she thinks they should do a whole show on it! She would never get implants because of watching you ladies on MTV. Your stories and efforts are paying off! Though you might want to know! Thank you to all of YOU! Marie more media attn Hello allI did an interview with the local ABC news today that will air at 6 tonight. It focused on the FDA stuff now and the fact that my moldy implants are Mentors!! They will show the implants as well as a small interview about my feelings on the FDA stuff and my story. Hopefully it will get more info out to the public in a good way... Also - my implants on the news may turn a few away from them as well. loveshari Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals.
