I know Watford I have been through it a few times, hubby has been there for the football matches.

Yes they say Kent is the garden of England and it really has some beautiful places and country side, I live right on the out skirts of Kent about 30mins from London so I have it both ways really, nice country side close and London close. My hubby is a black taxi driver in central London, I am sure your hubby knows about them.

I hope you are doing well, I will write to you about the food issues and we can compare notes.

I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to write, but we have so many women who are sick. I'm glad that you live in such a beautiful place. would love to go to England for a visit, but we just can't afford it. I doubt that I would last such a long flight, but if we do, we will try to meet with you.

I have not used the sauna yet, one day I might try it. My diet is quite bland, I have oatmeal in the morning and at lunch I have a rice cake, a banana and a glass of milk. At supper we have things like lettuce and tomato sandwiches, always on dark bread. Sometimes we have a big meal with all the veggies, meat/fish, but this is rare. works late, so this makes it difficult to have a big meal at night. It is best not to eat at bedtime, sometimes I just have a Boost. can have his favourite foods on these nights.
