Guest guest
When I’m sick, I eat a lot of garlic — Dr. Leu’s recommendation. There is NOTHING that masks my breath. Unfortunately it is raw garlic that is best for you. I know there are garlic supplements that can be purchased but it’s the raw that he recommends. Kenda how do you eat so much at one time? and how do you mask the taste so you don't have garlic breath? Guest guest
Eating a fresh apple after eating garlic helps refresh the mouth . . . I don't know what it does for the smell! Rogene
Guest guest
Beside eating raw apple, brushing your teeth, and using mouth wash, the best way to mask your breath is to have something with garlic in it to feed those around you! At home that's easy enough . . . at work, you might take a garlic dip of some sort. Guest guest
When I eat fresh garlic, the main problem isn’t breath, it is the garlic coming from my pores. It seems there is nothing that can be done about that. Kenda Eating a fresh apple after eating garlic helps refresh the mouth . . . I don't know what it does for the smell! Guest guest
To combat the garlic smell.. you could try taking the pieces of garlic and put them to the back of your tongue, then swallow with water. I read about this in my candida book, it worked for me. Guest guest
Dawn, The active component of garlic is created when two chemicals in garlic mix ... That's why it needs to be crushed and why processed garlic isn't as effective. Swallowing pieces undoubtedly does help some ... as does processed garlic. But for the full effect ... Crush! Yeah . . . the smell gets to me too! Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, Makes sense, crushed garlic on the back of the tongue would probably be pretty smelly.. okay.. I will crush it anyway for full effect! Hugs, Dawn --- Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: > Dawn, > > The active component of garlic is created when two > chemicals in garlic mix ...
