Guest guest Posted May 19, 2001 Report Share Posted May 19, 2001 On page 480 there's a recipe for buckwheat crepes. I've made them a couple times although it's been awhile. I used all spelt flour and no buckwheat. I also increased the liquid to 2-1/2 c instead of 2 and I used kefir but it calls for buttermilk, kefir or yogurt. My notes from the last time I made it say " a little sour, try adding some maple syrup " . I was making it with some pretty sour kefir though as I was fermenting mine for 48 hours so with yogurt they might be fine. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
