Guest guest
My wife has been ill for close to two years with liver disease, chirossis. She has pain almost daily and do take medications. We went to the transplant for evaluation, and one of the hept doctors said that she needed to get off the pain meds, and do yoga or mediatation. She also wants her to exercise..... but i dont see it.. she does not have enough strength as it is. Her days is usually, when she wakes up, whatever that time is, taking a shower, brushing her teeth, and back to bed or on the sofa, for rest of the day. I take care of all chores, dinner, etc.... I dont think this doctor understand about her energy level at all. Also lately, she has said that her urine is real brown. She sips only on ice, does not drink alchohol anymore. She quit the coffee, and soft drinks. She does eat plenty of fruits... If anyone has any idea, or even suggestions , or even have gone throgh this before.. I would appreciate your response... and by the way, Happy New years!!!!!
