Guest guest
If you will go to the enzymes and autism list and post that question, you will probably get lots of answers. I know they have had kids who were able to get off both diet and enzymes. re: coming off enzymes has anyone on the list came off the gfcf diet w/enzymes, then went to enyzymes only, then off enzymes completely? we finally are not having any bowel problems for over 2 years, great stools, annie is close to being completely mainstreamed in kindergarden. we are on a host of other supplements including chelation and doing great, BUT i really need to know when you can actually go off of enzymes. dr mc, have you any kids off diet and enzymes? thanks for any help! annie's mom _______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web! Guest guest
That may be so for some kids, but we have come completely off any diet using enzymes and my daughter is doing great. Her appetite is better, she is happier, her bowels problems have for the most part straightened out. She is really doing well and we are doing better without all of the constraints of a special diet. We do still limit sugar and I'm careful about not letting her have too many things with artificial colors etc. Re: coming off enzymes I can tell you this..
