Just to let you know, I tossed my scales last week, but got on my friends on Saturday morning that were weighing the same as mine... big mistake I know... I really should learn, but I am finding out that habits die hard. Anway, her scales said that I had lost 2.5 kilos between Wednesday and Saturday morning. I was not convinced so went back this morning and had another go... another big mistake, will I ever bluddy learn... NO! They are back to where they were on Wednesday... back to that horrible 100 kilo mark that just wont budge. The moral to this story is this... my clothes feel looser, my black pants are falling down around my hips and the crutch is heading south towards the knees. So something is happening. If I could just get my friend to throw her scales away, all will be well.
