You'll want to try CDP Choline (citicholine). It converts to choline, but passed

through the blood brain barrier first, making it so effective. It's been studied

with success in clinical trials for cocaine, because of its action on restoring

dopamine.

It helps to restore the underpinnings of the brain, basically-- the phospholipid

bilayer in cells. Give it up to 1-2 months of regular use at 1 gram a day.

Massachusetts General Hospital gives it a " B " rating for effectiveness in stroke

recovery, in which it is used in some countries only as a prescription. It's OTC

in the U.S.
