Guest guest
Hi , I passed a shop on the way to the pool tonight and had a small serving of white rice and Chinese Philippine style BBQ Roast Duck. When I arrived home latter I had a tomatoe and cucumber and 100% whole wheat pita bread and some ceasar salad dressing for taste. The pita bread is made flat, middle east style, and only with unbleached enriched whole wheat flour, water, salt and yeast. No oil or animal products or vegetable shortening. And concorde grape juice. Very yummy. Best regards - Bill P.S. I am not saying I am always this good. > > Be on the lookout for a brand new Asian Chicken Salad from Mc's. Guest guest
This can be SUCH an educational group. The city where I grew up billed itself as the soybean capital of the world, but I never until now had any idea what " edamame " is. Wow! Guess this also proves you can teach an old dog new tricks... I've been watching those 's commercials with the Frescata sandwiches. That bread looks sooooooo yummy. Some of those food chain online nutrition calculators are very helpful, like Culver's. Some not so good, like Lone Star. Looking up what I'm craving and seeing how awful it truly is has sure helped me stay away from those places, though! karena > > Be on the lookout for a brand new Asian Chicken Salad from Mc's. Guest guest
I don't eat at fast food restaurants often but I'm glad to see they're making an attempt to provide healthier food choices. Now if they would just cut down on the sodium Beverly [Norton AntiSpam] Fast food gone healthy??? Be on the lookout for a brand new Asian Chicken Salad from Mc's.
