Afternoon sleepiness, exhaustion - MSH deficiency?

I usually have my lunch around 4 PM (yes, I know it's unusual but

that's how it is).

For the past 10 years I noticed I had to take a nap after lunch, and

this nap isn't pleasant at all. It's some sort of

semi-wake-semi-dream-often-nightmarish state of mind, after which I

feel like I was overrun by a train or something. Often I feel dry

mouth and headache after it's over.

It has become a lot worse this year, after several exposures to

cross-contaminated objects. Now I need at least 2 hours of this

torturous " sleep " after each lunch. And it doesn't depend on the type

of food or anything like that. I noticed that going to bed early and

sleeping well during night can alleviate the nasty afternoon naps, but

all this didn't happen 10 years ago, so...

I don't live in a moldy environment, however cross-contamination plays

a big role in my illness. Nap happens even during periods when I am

not contaminated (I can feel whether I'm contaminated or not in a

matter of a few seconds).

Now, could this be due to lowered MSH and other havoc that mycotoxins

make in one's body? Would CSM help with this? Any other ideas as far

as medicines are concerned?

P.S. I'm still a long way from doing all the bloodwork and having it

evaluated by Dr. Shoemaker. Can anyone send me his/her HLA, MSH, MMP-9

etc. results so I can show them to my GP doctor, that she can see it's

real and not some internet scam?
