muscle spasms/charlie horse?

Felice, Yes, I had lots of stabbing pains in my legs that would travel down

my legs like electric worms!! Horrible feeling but they are gone now.

Read the poem on pg. 17 of Mold Warriors to get a good description.

any of you mcs'ers get these?? This started in my left thigh a couple of

months ago in my sleep. Happened again last night and woke me. Looks and feels

like a small alien is in my thigh wiggling around and very painful. Cant get

up.

Is this a usual reaction?? or do you think it might be something else. thx.

Are you taking any magnesium supplements? This is supposed to

prevent/minimize muscle spasms....
