I was surprised at first how tart the frosting was (from the homemade cream cheese), but then realized it tasted exactly as if it had lemon flavoring in it! Even my picky 6yo liked it! Carma Education is an admirable thing, but it is well to remember from time to time that nothing worth knowing can be taught. - Wilde - carmapaden@...
