I had an RDO today so haven't been to work since Thursday. The new

Boss is trying everything to break me though. He even emailed the

managers from all the other sections to ask them if they had any

complaints about me. Silly man, that was discriminating wasn't it??

From what I'm told I got glowing references and he had egg firmly set

on his face from that one.He told the Union delegate that I have

belligerant attitude.(I admit with him I have). I answered if I am and

if he has complaints I have never had a warning in 19 years and it

would be his job to rectify the problem before now. Anyway, I am

leaving it to the Union to sort out and then when they've finished I

will consider my next course of action. I'll either have a better

position if they can win for me, under a different Manager, or if not

I will retire, either way, I will not work for this man again. How

could I work for someone so sneaky and corrupt? I would have no trust

nor loyalty. I will check out my options but I don't think he has

heard the last of me either way. M.
